Tech Tax Helper is designed to guide you through each record in plain language. If something does not work, email info@walkteaming.com.

What to include

Please include your phone model, its Android or iOS version, the screen or button you were using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

Do not email receipts, tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank information, passwords, or other sensitive financial records.

Google backup help

Tech Tax Helper requests access only to Google Drive files it creates. If connection fails, confirm that the Google account selected in the app is the account you want to use and that the device has internet access.

You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account’s third-party connections page. Files already created in your Google Drive remain yours and can be deleted directly from Drive.
