Delete Your WalkTeaming Account

You can permanently delete your WalkTeaming app record from inside the app.

Delete from the app

1. Open WalkTeaming and sign in to the account you want to remove.
2. Use the app’s delete-record option.
3. Confirm the deletion when the app asks.

Deletion removes your WalkTeaming steps, scores, and team membership from the WalkTeaming server and from the app on your phone. This cannot be undone.

What is not deleted

WalkTeaming does not delete the original step records stored in Health Connect. Those records belong to you and were created by your phone, watch, or another fitness app. Manage those source records through Health Connect.

If you already uninstalled the app

Email info@walkteaming.com and request deletion of your WalkTeaming record. Send the request from the email address connected to the account so ownership can be verified.
